Professional Installation: All items available for purchase on the Website, including but not limited to gate operators, accessories, and access control devices, require installation by a trained and competent technician. The Company shall not be held liable for any harm to individuals or property resulting from the installation of any products and/or equipment. Any warranty provided does not extend to damages resulting from installation or misuse. You explicitly agree to absolve us and the product manufacturer of any liability arising from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) related to the installation of any products and/or equipment purchased from us.

Should you require assistance in locating authorized dealers in your vicinity, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than willing to help you find a professional installer.

Pricing: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CAME Americas will issue a refund to your credit card account or method of payment received in the amount of the incorrect charge.

Shipping: Transactions are executed from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., excluding holidays. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. If the merchandise or item(s) are in stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of confirmed payment. For items that are not readily available, we will communicate with you when the item will be back in stock. Came Americas utilizes UPS, USPS and DHL as shipping carriers and may switch between these three without prior notice. If a specific carrier is preferred, please indicate this in the special instructions section during checkout. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Heavier items (typically over 75 lbs.) are exclusively shipped via common carrier and are not eligible for expedited shipping. Delivery times can fluctuate due to weather conditions, terminal locations, and other circumstances. Came Americas is not responsible for any delivery delays once the item has been dispatched from our facility.

Delivery:  The delivery date mentioned in the order confirmation or correspondence between us is our best approximation and is contingent upon the timely receipt of all necessary information and payment from you. We do not assure delivery by this date and will not be held accountable for failure to deliver on this date, regardless of the reason, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We will not be held responsible if our performance is delayed or hindered due to any event beyond our control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, labor strikes or stoppages, fire, flood, accident, government regulations or controls, transportation shortages, fuel scarcity, material and labor shortages, epidemics, or quarantine orders. Risk Transition The delivery to you will be F.O.B. at our manufacturing facility or storage warehouse. Ownership and risk for any product and/or equipment bought from the Site will be transferred to you upon delivery to the carrier. This risk encompasses damage, loss, or deterioration of the product and/or equipment due to any reason whatsoever.

Return/ Warranty Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a full refund, minus shipping costs. We strongly recommend that all merchandise be inspected at time of delivery. If there is any visible damage, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service: marketingamericas@came.com, as soon as possible. We also strongly recommend that all customers fully inspect merchandise within 24 hours of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us at: marketingamericas@came.com.

Once the return is approved, you have 15 days to return the product. The products and/or equipment must be in new and resalable condition, including all parts and the original packaging

If the product is returned after the 15-day window, the return authorization will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at marketingamericas@came.com, and we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number, which should be written on the return packaging.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the products and/or equipment are not returned in new and resalable condition, or if the return is not received within the specified time frame.
